Day Quattro

Hey everyone! Today is day two of our time here in Madrid. This morning, we had the opportunity to be immersed in a local market, where some of us passed out videos and tracks. The rest of us walked around the market praying for God to open up a door to share His love. Tonight was the second round of English camp. We are getting into the swing of things, and the kids seem to be having a wonderful time. We were beyond blessed to be able to work with them and are excited to see what the rest of the week holds. At the moment, we are eating delicious food at a Morrocan restaurant and are discussing tonight's success at camp. Thank you so much for your prayers and encouragement! To God be the glory!

Travel Day 1:

Hey guys! As you all know, we left for Madrid this morning! At this very moment we are sitting in the airport in Atlanta waiting for our second flight that will take us to Spain. We are starting to get tired but we are all very excited to get to our destination! As we wait, the group is playing cards, planning last minute songs for the camps, and exploring the airport. Thank you guys for supporting us and for loving us, and sending us out to tell people about the wonderful loving power of Jesus! God bless!

How you can be praying for us.

We leave for Spain in just a few short days, and more than ever we would so appreciate your prayers. I figured it's best to be specific on what we need prayers for, so I thought a little blog post would be the best place for that.

Pray for team unity.
If we are not united as a team in working together, our focus could easily be taken off of our mission.

Pray for the people we are ministering to.
Pray for their hearts to be open to what we have to say. We know that we may not see any fruits on this trip, which can be discouraging sometimes, but we know and believe that the Lord will use us in mighty ways.

Pray for our comfort zones.
One thing I think is hard on any mission trip is what we are comfortable with. So many times it is easy to creep back into what we know, but in doing that we can miss out on so many good things.

Today Brooks posted a little devotion and I think he summed up our prayers when he said:

I give God permission to do anything He wishes to me, with me, in me or through me that would glorify Him.

We are so excited and expectant of what God is going to do on this trip. Be sure to follow along on this blog, as well as on our social media!
